David was the ultimate professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was looking for and explained areas that needed a possible test. He pointed out areas of question that the average person wouldn't notice. I appreciate that he was very thorough and didn't rush through the inspection even in light of the fact that the house didn't have wifi. And I appreciate that he took time to answer each and every question.
