Phillip was very thorough, courteous, and explained every step of the way. However, the follow up report was not clear. The project manager who called after the mold report, gave us costs for protocols that were anywhere from $950 to $2000. This did not include post inspection testing which is additional $1000-$1500. Explained everything I needed to know in depth and helped me get a better understanding of expectations for the company tests and what I dealing with in my unit. Price for everything a bit steep however, for a last minute inspection I am appreciative.

Total waste of money. They price gauge and take advantage of people in a vulnerable state. Dealing with them left me feeling hopeless for my family. They charged about $3,000 for my initial inspection and then another $2000 for the protocol…. Which NONE even had the SOURCE OF THE MOLD …. How crazy is that.
