Philip Chime

Philip,  often referred to as Dr. Phil, comes to us with an extensive background in environmental safety, he holds multiple certifications, including Mold Assessment Consultant, HAZWOPER Training, and several asbestos-related licenses from the Texas Department of State Health Services. Philip also has OSHA 30 certification and training in sampling and evaluating airborne asbestos dust.
Philip's journey to MISTX was inspired by his desire to stay closer to home for his son, who expressed his wish for Philip to be home more often. Transitioning from a role as an Asbestos Inspector and Project Manager that required frequent travel, Philip sought a job that would allow him to remain in Houston. His search led him to Mold Inspection Sciences Texas, where his qualifications matched perfectly. Philip continues to love his job especially since he works mostly in Houston and nearby areas, allowing him to spend more quality time with his family.
Philip was impressed with MISTX's dedication to thoroughness and client care. Although initially unfamiliar with mold, his training at MISTX revealed the widespread issue of mold in homes and its impact on health. He now considers mold inspection an art and takes pride in finding and addressing mold issues to improve clients' lives.
