Elaina Tate was the inspector who came to inspect my house. She was very friendly from the start to the finish. She was very thorough and professional in her inspection and very knowledgeable about the work she was performing. She discussed and showed me the areas that seemed to have the biggest issues.

Leaving this review because the initial experience with this company was great, especially with the inspector, Jeff.The reason why we came to this company was to assess any mold in the house, after our tenants moved out. Excellent work and very detailed!

We were nervous we were living with dangerous mold and these guys came in did their inspection and explained everything. Pricing was transparent and results came quickly.

Philip was absolutely phenomenal! Mold Inspection Sciences has been heaven sent!! We had a previous company come out and test and they were horrible. Philip kept us updated when they were in route, during the inspection, as well as after the inspection was complete.
