Communicating with Kelvin was great. He was clear, helpful, and direct about his responses. He was professional yet relatable at the same time. I was very happy with his knowledge and skills. The one thing I would point out that could have been helpful is the source of the water damage. The maintenance manager noticed quickly after looking at the wall that the pipe leading down to the floor (the A/C condensate pipe that is supposed to be going into the hole in the floor surface to carry...
