Our mold specialist, Phillip, was fantastic. He began by explaining everything to us, was compassionate as he listened to our frustration, efficient in his work, and wrapped his time up by walking us through the next steps if mold was discovered. Elaina Tate was the inspector who came to inspect my house. She was very friendly from the start to the finish. She was very thorough and professional in her inspection and very knowledgeable about the work she was performing. She discussed and showed me the areas that seemed to have the biggest issues.

Leaving this review because the initial experience with this company was great, especially with the inspector, Jeff.The reason why we came to this company was to assess any mold in the house, after our tenants moved out. During the initial inspection, Jeff discussed with us several findings, including whether bacteria/mold was found in HVAC and ductwork, the odor in the house and the reason of why some of the mold could’ve been there.
