He holds certifications as a Mold Assessment Consultant, Mold Remediation Worker, and IICRC-certified professional. Byron's educational journey includes studies at Trinity Valley Community College and the University of Southern California. Inspired by his wife and daughter, he joined MISTX to transition from the demanding demolition side of the industry, seeking more family time while aligning with a company that values its employees.
